Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the PalCombat game server and related services, including Discord authentication, web dashboard access, game telemetry, moderation systems, and digital purchases.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

By using this service, you confirm that you are allowed to use Discord and the game platform in your region. You are responsible for account activity tied to your player identity and Discord account.

2. Server Rules and Conduct

You must follow all server rules, moderation directives, and anti-abuse policies. Harassment, cheating, exploitation, spam, or attempts to bypass moderation can lead to restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal.

3. Bans and Enforcement Rights

Players who are banned based on server rules lose access to the service. Banned players do not have rights to continued access, restoration of perks, or platform participation unless explicitly re-approved by server administration.

4. Digital Purchases

Any purchases, donations, or premium support items are for server support and associated digital benefits. Unless required by local law, digital purchases are non-refundable and may be changed or removed if required for server balance, maintenance, or security.

5. Service Maintenance and Availability

We may pause, restart, patch, wipe, or otherwise maintain the service at any time, with or without prior notice. Uptime is not guaranteed, and access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, platform issues, or force majeure.

6. Right to Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to stop, sunset, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, including immediately. This includes ending web features, game integrations, moderation systems, and community access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for data loss, progression loss, interruption, in-game item loss, or indirect damages resulting from service use or unavailability.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.
