Discord account details (such as user ID, username, avatar).
Game/player IDs and login activity.
In-game chat events and server event logs.
Basic moderation records (warnings, bans, enforcement history).
Service usage metrics for stability and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

Authenticate users and link Discord with server access.
Operate gameplay features, moderation, and community safety tools.
Analyze health and performance of the server and API.
Detect abuse, cheating, impersonation, or rule violations.
Support purchase and entitlement-related operations.

3. Chat and Event Logging

In-game chat and operational events may be mirrored to administrative systems, such as Discord webhooks and server logs, for moderation and incident response.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell player data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers, platform services, or moderation tooling only as needed to run and secure the service.

5. Data Retention

Data is kept only as long as operationally necessary for service delivery, moderation, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods can be adjusted over time.

6. Banned Players and Data Rights

Banned players may lose access rights under server rules and may not be entitled to continued service access. Data requests from banned users can be restricted where legally permitted and where required for fraud prevention, moderation integrity, or security.

7. Digital Purchases and Records

Purchase-related records may be stored to verify entitlements, audit transactions, prevent abuse, and handle support requests. Purchase history does not guarantee permanent service access.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is fully secure. You are responsible for keeping your own accounts secure.

9. Service Shutdown or Transfer

If the service is paused, terminated, or transferred, we may retain, anonymize, export, or delete data according to operational and legal requirements.
